There are literally hundreds of chairs in the hotel and events arena. Chair cover hire companies will tell you that they stock them all, and will send the nearest one to the chair at your venue. In reality, they need to custom measured and a fitting done before the big day. ALL good chair companies will want to protect their reputation by ensuring the covers fit. Each time we hire out a cover which we know fits a particular chair at a particular location, we add it to our ever growing list. If the chairs YOU need to cover are the same as those, then this ensures you get the perfect fit everytime.

In the event we don't have a cover to fit, we WILL NOT fit a standard cover, but will attend the venue and measure the chair ourselves. In the event you're too far away, we will ask you to measure the chair for us (instructions provided) and chose which chair it is from photographs (which are emailed to you)

We will then have the covers made for you, to fit perfectly. *There is no additional charge to you for this service- whether its in stock or we get it made, the price is still the same!* There is NO other company which we know of which provides this service
