When looking at pictures of chair covers from other companies, pay particular attention to their fit- if they look baggy or too short on a picture, then in reality they will look terrible. We're fanatical about the quality and fit of our products.

We offer a quality service in chair cover hire, and can cater for corporate functions, weddings and even smaller family events all year round.

Unlike most companies, we do not have a mimimum quantity for hire contracts, meaning you could even hire just 6 chair covers for a family get together or extra special christmas table.

We stock cream/ivory and white chair covers in most of the standard sizes (for both round back banqueting chairs and square back chairs) For functions of over 100 guests we will also supply other colour chair covers by request.

Bride and Groom sashes.

Coordination is the key to every event. But we realise that this is something that doesn't come naturally to most people, and this is where we really SPARKLE!! We offer free consultations for Brides to be, to allow you to make the best choice for your chosen theme. And if you don't yet have a theme in mind we will be happy to suggest idea's and show you photographs of rooms set-up in different colour schemes to help you decide.

 We will deliver and collect from locations within S. Wales for free (minimum 120 covers) 

"Setting up" fees may apply if the venue will not put the covers onto the chairs for you, and you want us to do it for you. We aso offer a "PLATINUM DELIVERY AND SETUP SERVICE". This could be a gift from one of your guests, and includes a large framed photograph of your venue once its been dressed, which will be sent to the person who pays for the platinum package (so they can give it to you as a gift !)

Price depends on location and how many chair covers you need. If you want to set up yourself please allow 2 people 2 hours for every 50 chairs. Chair covers DO get booked up well in advance so please book early to avoid disappointment.
A Delivery charge may apply if the item has to be sent by courier. Please email us quoting the number and colours you require, and the date /location of the function.

Prices for chair cover hire

2008 £3.95 per cover which includes a sash of any colour.
2009 £4.10 per cover which includes a sash of any colour (see note below in bold)

A delivery and seup fee MAY apply depending on where the wedding is, and how many covers you need. Please state this when emailing wow@weddingwow.co.uk

Dates for July and Aug 08 very limited.

If you book and pay a deposit in 2008 but your wedding is 2009, you will secure the 2008 price.
