Ill fitting covers are our pet hate- we do a fitting before your wedding to ensure the covers fit perfectly. If they don't, we order new covers for you at no extra cost.
We offer a quality service in chair cover hire, and can cater for corporate functions, weddings and even smaller family events all year round.
Unlike most companies, we do not have a mimimum quantity for hire contracts, meaning you could even hire just 6 chair covers for a family get together or extra special christmas table.
We stock cream/ivory and white chair covers in most of the standard sizes (for both round back banqueting chairs and square back chairs) We also have black covers which look spectacular at formal dinners. For functions of over 100 guests we will also supply other colour chair covers by request.
We supply a coordinating organza sash with every chair cover, totally free of charge. (some restrictions apply)
Prices for chair cover hire 2010
If you are not using us for wedding flowers: £3.50 per cover including organza sash. If you are using us for bouquets and table centres, £3.25 per cover including organza sash.
STANDARD PRICES £3.75 per cover for other bookings will still apply.
We WILL try to match other companies prices depending on your order, but quality and level of service are far more important to us than being the cheapest. ;-))
A delivery and setup fee MAY be added depending on location and what services you require. The maximum delivery and setup fee for South Wales is £29.
Please note. Some of the hotels are now offering chair covers in with the price of the meal.This usually doesnt include a sash. If this is the case, ask them to give you a price without the covers..... you'll find that its cheaper to deduct their price and to use us.(and we guaranteee a better service)

Coordination is the key to every event. But we realise that this is something that doesn't come naturally to most people, and this is where we really SPARKLE!! We offer free consultations for Brides to be, to allow you to make the best choice for your chosen theme. And if you don't yet have a theme in mind we will be happy to suggest idea's and show you photographs of rooms set-up in different colour schemes to help you decide.

Unlike some companies, we have not just listed a load of venues in order to hit the google searches, you will see pictures of the weddings in the venues tab, or email us.
If you can't see your venue, it doesn't mean we cant do it, it just that we have either forgotton to list it or have yet to do a function there, in which case we will attend and measure up once we receive a deposit, and order new covers if we have none to fit.
